Terms of Use
Effective from August 3, 2026.
These terms govern use of the Rockyt service (rockyt.app). By registering or signing into the dashboard, you confirm you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Service operator: Igor Igorevich Goldobin, an individual, contact — cerebromotion@gmail.com.
What the service does
Rockyt translates a video's title and description into chosen languages and publishes them as YouTube localizations on your explicit command, and shows view statistics for translated markets before and after publishing. Nothing is published to YouTube without a separate click of the publish button — the one exception is explicitly marked in the interface (applying an original-title suggestion).
We show what is visible in real YouTube Analytics data, honestly stating the limits of accuracy (for example, mapping country to language is an estimate, not an exact measurement). We do not guarantee any specific growth in views, subscribers, or revenue — many factors outside our control affect those.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and email access secure.
- One account may be linked to an email/password, to Google sign-in, or to both at once (if it is the same email) — in any case it is the same account with one balance and one channel list.
- We may block an account for violating these terms or on suspicion of abuse.
Access to your YouTube channel
By connecting a channel, you confirm you have the right to manage its metadata (you own it or are authorized by the owner). You can disconnect a channel in the dashboard at any time; this does not revoke the Google access itself — use your Google account settings for a full revocation.
Tokens and payment
Some actions (translating a language, updating a title, suggesting title options) charge internal tokens from the account balance according to the price list published in the dashboard. Prices and the list of paid actions may change.
Topping up the balance by bank card or another online method is currently unavailable — that functionality is not connected yet. A new account receives a small free starting balance to try the service.
Prohibited use
- Connecting channels you do not have rights to.
- Using the service to create titles or descriptions that are misleading, clickbait, or otherwise violate YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- Attempting to bypass the service's limits (including the token balance) or interfering with its operation for other users.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for YouTube/Google's actions (including changes to their API, a title being locked due to an active Test & Compare experiment, or delays in Analytics data) or for decisions you make based on the statistics shown.
Changes to these terms
For material changes, we will update the date at the top of the page.
Governing law
The laws of the Russian Federation.
